Beim Snapmaker J1 werden die schwarzen Kabel an der Y-Achse bei jedem Verfahren an der Kabelbride abgeknickt. Dies kann über kurz oder lang zu Kabelbrüchen führen, daher hier eine Kabelbride mit angesetzter Anlagefläche, die einen Biegeradius von 10mm hat und so das Kabel entlastet.

On the Snapmaker J1, the black cables on the Y-axis is bent at the cable clamp every time it is moved. This can lead to cable breakage sooner or later, so here is a cable clamp with an attached contact surface that has a bending radius of 10mm and thus relieves the cable.
Mit einem Material drucken, das die Innenraumtemperatur des Druckers auch bei ABS etc. übersteht, ohne weich zu werden. Supports sind notwendig! Ich habe das Teil als Test für die Verwendung von PLA als Support für PETG genutzt - das funktioniert wunderbar.
Print with a material that survives the temperatures in the print chamber without getting soft an all cases. Supports required! I used this part to test PLA as a support material for PETG which worked perfectly.
