A Cloth Hanger That Looks Another Cloth Hanger.....I Call It HangerCeption (HangerCeption.....Inception.....Get It?).
I Wanted A Cloth Hanger For My Door And Decided To Design And 3D Print It. And This Idea Came To Me To Design It Like A Coth Hanger.
Not Just The Door. You Can Install It On The Wall As Well.

It Is Almost 400mm Wide, And My Printer's Bed Is Just 150mm Wide. So I Designed It And Split It Up Into 5 Pieces.
As A Printer With A Build Area Of 400mm Is Quite Rare, The Files That I Have Included Are Of Pieces 150mm Wide. So Almost Everybody That Has A 3D Printer Can Print It.
I Have Designed The Parts With Snap In Joints To Make The Assembly Very Easy. You Just Have To Snap The Parts Together And If It Is Loose, Just Add Some Super Glue To Secure It.
I Used Wood Screws To Seure The Hanger To The Door. I Dont Know The Name Of That Specific Screw. But The Holes For The Screw Are 4mm Wide And The Diameter Of The Screw's Head Should Be Less Than 6mm In Diameter.
Diameter Of The Screw's Main Body Should Be Less Than 4mm And The Diameter Of The Screw's Head Should Be Between 4.5mm And 6mm .
Ver Easy Print, Nothing Complicated.
There Are 5 Parts.
Supports Are Needed For The Joint That Is Hanging Out Of The Main Body. The Other Part Of The Joint (The Hole) Does Not Need Supports. The Holes Are Not That Wide And The Printer Should Easily Accomplish The Bridging.
The Hooks On Which The Clothes Are Supposed To Be Hanged Also Require Supports.
The Hanger Hook At The Top (Body 5) Is To Be Printed Flat On Its Back And The Cylindrical Joint Will Require Supports
Use 'Supports From Bed' Only And That Should Be Enough.
The Supports Required Are Very Simple And Easy To Print. Nothing Complicated.
I Have Provided A 'Bridging Test' STL That You Can Use To Test The Bridging Capabilities Of Your Printer. I Belive That Any Printer Should Easily Pass It. My Printer Doesnt Even Have A Part Cooling Fan But Printed It Without Any Problem.
Print It With Atleast 3 Perimeters And 10% Infill To Make Sure That The Printed Part Is Strong Enough.
Other Than That, Just Use Your Normal Filament Settings.
PLA Works Fine. I Have Printed It With PLA.
