Designed for an Ender 3, but it is suitable for prusa. The sides PETG plastic sheet, for the strengthening I used m8 all thread. 5 sides got fixing holes.
I built it for the purpose of printing with nylon. I am able to keep 40 degree C inside - without heating. I have beautiful prints with nylon. Version 2 coming soon.

Step file from the full system attached.
DWG/PDF for the lasercut sheets. If you order the plain sheet without holes you should expect around 80-100 pound if you order with laser cut holes than 300-400 pound in the UK. So save the trees build yourself, it is easy.
Print for the blocks doesn't need support it will take about 3 hour to print one with an Ender 3.
For the insulation I used foam but if you got any better solution I am open for that. The PETG sheets are cheaper than acrylic and strong I choose 4 mm but 3 will do. Believe in me I am building the second one and 3 is strong enough.
Don't print the spool holder you only need a hole for your filament to go through I have a filament holder box design. I will share it soon. Just do not cut out the big hole live it closed you only need a small hole for your cables.
