Zusatzteile für die Ausatemventile der AIO®-Maske, um dort die darüber ausgeatmete Luft wie bei einer herkömmlichen Alltagsmaske durch Stoff zu filtern. Die eigentlichen Ventile bleiben dabei unangetastet - nur die (ohnehin nicht dichten) Verschlußringe werden ersetzt.

Hinweise:

• jedes Teil einmal ausdrucken. Die Gummiringe müssen aus einem elastischen Material wie z.B. TPU gedruckt werden; für die anderen Teile empfehle ich mindestens PETG, damit man die Halter für die Reinigung in der Spülmaschine nicht abnehmen muß. Die Ausatemhalter benötigen Supports.
• Die aufgeclipsten Ausatemventile der Maske abnehmen und die Verschlußringe entfernen. Dann die Ventildeckel in die gedruckten Halter einsetzen. Probeweise auf die Maske aufclipsen - falls die Rastnasen nicht einrasten sollten, ggf. die Ausatemhalter etwas nacharbeiten.
• Die Klemmteile unten auf die Ausatemhalter aufstecken.
• Zur endgültigen Montage kann man mit etwas um das Ventilloch herum aufgebrachtem Silikon die Aufsätze gegenüber der Maske abdichten. Die Ausatemhalter mit den Klemmteilen in den Schlitz führen, in die das Band eingehängt wird (Band muß eingesetzt sein; es wird dann von den Haltern fixiert und kann nicht mehr herausfallen). Dann die Ventildeckel einclipsen.
• für eine Alltagsmaske geeigneten Stoff passend zurechtschneiden (rundum ca. 5-8mm größer als ein Ausatemhalter), auflegen und mit dem Gummiring fixieren.

Additional parts for the exhalation valves of the AIO® mask, in order to filter the exhaled air through fabric, as with a conventional community mask. The valves of the mask remain unchanged, these parts only replace the closing rings which do not seal well anyway.

Notes:

• print each part once. The rubber rings need to be printed from an elastic material such as TPU; for the other parts I recommend at least PETG so that you do not have to remove the holders for dishwasher cleaning. The exhale holders ("ausatemhalter") require supports.
• Remove the clipped-on exhalation valves from the mask and remove the closing rings. Then insert the valve covers into the printed holders. Try clipping them onto the mask - if the lugs do not click into place, rework the exhalation holders a little if necessary.
• push the clamps "klemmteil" onto the bottom of the exhalation holders as shown in the picture.
• For final assembly, you may put a bit of e.g. silicone sealant around the hole for the valve to seal it. Then, guide the exhalation holders with the clamping parts into the slot in which the strap is hooked (the strap will be locked in place by these holders and cannot fall of by itself anymore). Clip in the valve covers.
• Cut a piece of fabric suitable for a community mask (approx. 5-8mm larger all round than an exhalation holder), position it on the holder and hold it in place with the rubber ring.
