Due to the nature of snap fit parts, I highly recommend using ABS for printing ALICE. In my print photos, the gray parts of her body are PETG and that works pretty good too, though the joints are squeekier and I think they'll wear out faster. HIPs was too brittle and the sockets will crack. PLA might be okay if you're only printing ALICE for display. Her joints will be a little tougher to fit together and wear out faster with use though a little floor polish to thicken them back up when they get too loose might work.
I printed the main body parts and joints at 0.2 layer height and her head at 0.16, while the face parts I printed at 0.12 for the eye details.
Any parts with a port facing the build plate will have a "support blocker" to keep support material from getting up into the port if you have the support set to "from build plate". On several of the parts, I've added supports in the model; like the Hinge Balls, the neck on the head_base, and the upper_arms for example.
