I have separated the model into various parts so that you can get a better finish on the exposed parts, this is also useful if you want to print or paint the different parts. If printed correctly the parts should be pretty snug on their own but i used glue to permanently fix these in (make sure to let the glue dry before attaching the body and head). Magnets will need glue.
With some of the hats I may provide two versions a curved and straight variations, however i have found on an fdm printer you get a much nicer finish if you print flat and use a little bit of heat to bend the hat to the head
How I Designed This
I have designed this to use 6mm x 3mm magnets so that you can swap out hats and clothes quicker. There is also a peg included if you don't want to use magnets but it doesn't offer much support, primarily its so you can glue the parts together if you wish. I use Gorilla super glue to stick the magnets in place and it seems to hold up well depending on the type of material you use. some parts may seem thin but once all the parts are glued together it's a fairly solid model.
Hi everyone with all my designs either on here or elsewhere you are free to use how you wish for non commercial purposes. If you did want to sell any of my assets then please contact me first, in most cases just a link to the original asset will be sufficient. Happy Printing :)
