Why the flower is always most important that the stem? Anomaly rises from this point.
It’s a mini collection of vases where stem and flower try to be both protagonists.
The vases have a classical and traditional shapes, but with an anomaly.
Their geometry has a missing piece, or an additional part, which reveals the stem.
It’s like a synecdoche or a metonymy: the stem’s shape is added or subtracted from the whole vase,
to acquire its own autonomy.
It's a role play where there isn’t a single protagonist.
Anomaly is an Open Source project. You can download the open design and work with a local maker or if you are into digital fabrication, make it yourself.
