This is case inspired by thing:475001. Difference is that is more compact, uses less material, faster to print (2h 0.4 nozzle, 1h 0.6 nozzle), and it supports simple battery state indicator.
This is standard print without any special printing requirements. I've printed it with 0.6 nozzle and PETG and 0.4 nozzle and PLA.
As an indicator you can glue small piece of different color (red/green) filament, or you can use some type of marker. You can make the sign (in)visible by rotation of the lid.
I'm attaching Fusion360 source which is more less parametric, so you can easily edit it to your taste. E.g. remove the indicator, decrease the lid tolerance, or add more battery slots.
