This is a small statue of Asclepius, the god of healing, with the boy Telesphorus by his side. Thought to be from Greece and formerly in the collection of Viscount Strangford. The marble sculpture is set on a round funerary altar from Knidos with two Greek inscriptions.
This object is part of "Scan The World".
