Astrid Sofia Lovisa Thyra (Stockholm, 17 November 1905 - Küssnacht am Rigi, 29 August 1935), Princess of Belgium, Duchess of Brabant, Princess of Sweden, was the daughter of Prince Charles of Sweden and Princess Ingeborg of Denmark. Her sister Martha of Sweden, was crown princess of Norway; Queen Astrid was therefore an aunt of the present King Harald V of Norway. Her uncle was Christiaan X of Denmark, and her grandfather, King Oscar II of Sweden. Through her mother stamde them from the King William I.
