Baseboard Tiles

During lockdown, I was renovating my bathroom and had a hard time finding supplies I wanted. Black tiles are nowhere to be found in any decent shipping cost so I decided to poney up the print time and design my own tiles!
After 200 hours of print on my SnapMaker-1, I was quite happy with the results.
With a good material (I used PLA), you can print them standing up with no base and produce zero-waste tiles.
A kilo of filament will create 48 tiles and 4 corners for about 170 inches of running length.
I printed the tiles in batch of 3 to help manage job intervals. On my SnapMaker-1 printer with my settings, it took 11h to print.
I printed them standing up with zero support, so no waste.
I used PLA because it's an easy material to work with. Remember, these are just baseboards, not structural elements or anything subject to water.
I used a 10% infill only. They are super light wand was able to print 50 tiles with a kilo of material.
ABS would be a good alternative choice for these.
