A cover for Nokia 7650.
Printing this model is not hard. Depending on your printer, you may need to do a little bit of cleaning up for everything to fit perfectly, because every printer has different tolerance. Depending on which side you print on, it may need supports.
I designed this model and spent few days refining not only for the competition. I also wanted to create something that would cover up old-lost cover. That's why it was a challenge for me.
Here are some ways you can print it:
Clip part up. That is harder to print, because you need a Skirt and Supports and the print might knock down.
Back side on the plate (shown in the pictures). It's very easy to print, but needs more cleaning up.
Upside down. Needs a lot of supports and even more cleaning.
To have more Accuracy print in 0.1mm Layer height.
Also, that bent part is pretty stong if you print it Back side on the plate method.
I tried to do as least cleaning up as possible in 0.2mm Layer heigt so that's how it'd look for an ordinary person who 3d prints!
