Create your own battlemover, suitable for your Sci-Fi rpg or tabletop wargame! The battlemover could be a giant robot tank, or scaled down to build security droids.
The model is fully articulated for easier printing and posing. The parts snap together for glueless assembly. Suitable for use with 28-32mm miniatures. These tiles are commercially available versions of 2nd Dynasty's 2017 Starship Kickstarter.
Please note that these are STL files only! You will need a 3D printer or print service in order to print the parts. The parts have been designed with FDM printers in mind at 100-200 microns using PLA or ABS plastic, although you will achieve better results with SLA/DLP printers (resin) or higher resolution FDM prints. You may need to rotate objects for optimal printing or add supports, particularly for overhanging areas, such as the top of door frames.
Parts are designed in 28-30mm scale (1" squares), but can be rescaled easily in your 3D printing software package.
This package includes:
Battlemover head
Battlemover torso
Battlemover waist
Battlemover arms (3 parts each)
Battlemover legs (4 parts each)
A basic print & paint guide

Turned out great. I suggest adding some negative space in the pin support shroud to allow for easier removal of supports. Joints became loose fairly quick, but this is probably due to using PLA instead of PETG. I used blu-tack in the joints and created stands to help it stay up better and change positions during gameplay.
