What can I say...
Once the idea popped into my head, I couldn't resist making this.
One thing I've noticed is that I can't seem to properly fuse blocks due to self-intersections.
I'm not sure if the model needs every part to be fused together for proper printing, but I thought I'd at least mention it here.
I got the borg cube face by passing an image I found here as an SVG :
