Tired to have a lot of knots beside your laptop when you are using a desktop mouse ? Try that !
Just print the 3 parts and glue the wheel with the rotor part.
Then turn the wheel to wind the cable and pull on both sides to unwind.
Printing Details
You need support only for the rotor (called "range cables")
with at least 20% infill its gonna be strong enough.
