A compact hotend/fan mount with BLTouch support for your strong part cooling needs.
It's designed for the Ender 3, fits Ender 2 and it should fit CR10 and maybe other CReality printers.
The main part holds two 50x15 radial fans, the BLTouch probe ("BLTouch-smart V2.0") , the original creality hotend and a cold end fan. If you have the standard 12V 50x15 fans, for the Ender 3 use a 24V cold end fan and connect the two part cooling fans in series, or for the Ender 2, use a 12V cold end fan and connect the two part cooling fans in parallel.
The two fan ducts stick directly into the fan housings. They usually sit tight enough and have not come loose so far during around 100 hours of printing. Height can be adusted a little by moving the fans while they're loosened.
Main part should print ok with automatic supports (use supports "everywhere" not just from the build plate)
For fan ducts just use supports from the build plate
Ducts have a little cutaway on the top where they come closest to the heater block which is meant to be covered with some PTFE tape (see photos). This is supposed to insulate them from radiating heat and also to direct the airflow to go under the nozzle
There is also a version without cutaways but this would have to be printed with ABS

seemed to work pretty good. had to tweak the air ducts hitting the bed. it was minor and fixed with some heat. thx Reinhard Claus for the files. just what i was looking for
