Issue: A stock Ender-4 display based on text 2004 screen looks like a guest from the last century.
Solution: Upgrade to 12864 Graphic display. 30* display holders are the same as described in the https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-91418
Simple front panel print with no support.
Both connectors on the flat cables should be flipped 180 degrees for display to work properly. Remove the lock tabs (file them out) from the EXP1 and EXP2 connectors, so you can place them reversed in connectors at the display board (RE pictures).
Changes in the Marlin:
comment an old 2004 Controller (dash symbol is removed):
