Here are two versions of a desk grommet, one is just for passing cables nicely through the desk surface, the second is made to house an ikea accessory like a wireless charger that is made to be embedded.
It's designed for holes made with a 64mm holesaw. My table top is an Ikea kitchen countertop 38mm thick (1 and 1/2")
Note, you do need support for the "with-accessory" version.

Voici deux versions d'un passe cable pour bureau. Un tout simple pour passer les cables joliment au travers de votre bureau, le second permet d'inclure un accessoire Ikea comme le chargeur sans-fil a encastrer.
Ils sont dessines pour des trous fait a la scie cloche de 64mm. Mon bureau est un plan de travail de cuisine Ikea de 38mm d'epaisseur.
