Description
For Ender3 Pro there aren't many optios to allocate the powersupply when add the second Z Axis rod. That mod force to move the original position of the power supply.
I look for the easiest, simple way and if possible don't use tools to install.
Hope this version works for you, just drop the PS inside and slide in the 40x40 extruded support.

Printing Details
Printed at 60mm/s. Consider just a feew lines of wall, I use 0.8, so that gives you between inner and out wall a total of 1.6mm. Four layers for Top and Buttom. Infill at 30% with ZigZag Pattern. Used Zig Zag, 45°, 20% Density for the Support option.
