This egg has got a heart's mold inside, it can be filled with melted chocolate to make a solid chocolate's heart.
Here below some instructions to follow:
- put some crumbled chocolate in a ceramic cup
- heat up the cup in a microwave over using low power (280-350 W) for 10-15 seconds
- when finished, stir the chocolate with a metal or plastic spoon
- repeat 2nd and 3rd steps until all chocolate is melted
- accurately cover the mold with aluminium foil; it must take heart's shape to facilitate the final extraction of the solid chocolate
- pour the melted chocolate until the mold is full
- cover the mold's surface with a flat disk of aluminum foil
- put the other half of the plastic egg on the aluminium disk
- apply some rubber bands on the egg to keep the two halves firmly togheter
- put the egg into the freezer for about 30/40 min
- disassemble the two halves and exract the chocolate's heart
