Description
This is a faience figurine of an Egyptian deity, probably Nephthys, as she seems to be wearing her typical headdress - a house with a basket on top (with a broken off fragment). Nephthys was the goddess of mourning, rivers, the night, service, childbirth, mothers, the dead, protection, the home, the hearth, coffins, burial, and air.
