This was a project for Fiber Force - The Italian 3D Printer Filament company.
Using their Carbon Fiber filament we were able to design, print and fly this awesome micro FPV racer - Aptly named the 'Fiber Fighter'
This Filament is perfect for this sort of print as due to its light weight durable qualities and exceptional layer adhesion.
Print the STL files and follow the build instructions to make your own!
Print Settings: Printed vertically with support for the 'wings' and raft - No support is needed inside. 0.2mm Layer height 10% Infill 2 Shells 3 Top and Bottom Layers 40mm/s 240*C Nozzle Temperature (For Carbon Fiber Filament) 60*C Bed Temperature Cooling: 1st Layer - 0% Fan Speed (No Fan) 2nd Layer - 60% Fan Speed 3rd Layer - 100% Fan Speed
