Simple is better! My design was made to include no moving parts, and take away the need to move the filament from the shelf.
I included a picture from tinkercad to show how it goes together.
Each part should slide onto the 1x2 pieces of freedom-measured wood and the filament can rest back on top wherever it came from.
The filament guide can be used at multiple points on the wall of filament to guide it to its printer.
With the possible crossing over of filament lines, there are two sizes of filament guides to help with that.
Unfortunately I did not have time to do exhaustive testing and improvements, but for a future design I would add another torus in between the angled support of the filament guides to allow for more guided paths.
