My first attempt at a cookie cutter design. I was inspired by MANY other cookie cutter design tutorials, but added my own tweaks like making the cutting edge thinner. I created this in TinkerCAD (https://www.tinkercad.com/things/lMfNtZ0JXsk-footballcookie if you want to modify it) from just two basic shapes (round roofs and boxes) set as solids or holes.
Suggest making it out of a food-contact safe material like PETG, which is also "more slippery" than PLA in my experience. (But PLA might be OK too.)
I used it to make some treats for a SuperBowl party. I used a gingerbread man cookie dough recipie. The only hard part was getting the dough rolled to the right thickness.
Note that some of the overlaps of the shapes are intentional to give a bit more rigidity in some areas and slightly sharper ends on the football.
