This object is a Forehead Protector with the Inuzuka clan symbol, that is quite obviously a nose and two fangs underneath. Which understandable considering their beast mimicry ninjutsu, of the anime Naruto, that you can download, scale, print and paint for use as costume, it's very beautiful.
