Marble funerary altar, from the age of Augustus, dedicated to Vinicius Corinthus and his wife Vinicia, represented on the main side, holding their right hands. In the left hand, the husband shows the roll of the marriage contract, the wife a pomegranate, which is a wedding gift and a symbol of abundance and fecundity. The inscription engraved between the two reveals how the monument was reused and dedicated by Vinicia Glaphyra to her son Vinicius Castus.
