Summary
While my neutron wand is not screen accurate, I have endeavored to clean up dimensions, create a simplistic pop mechanism and to layout all features so they fit current, available “greebles”. This project was a mesh f 3D printed parts, aluminum tubes, and miscellaneous hardware.
By "hero" I mean that the front handle can rotate and the acrylic (a purchase component) is spring-loaded so it can be extended by the rear handle latch.
All my purchase components and electronics are from the GBfans.com website and designed to fit those dimensions.
Not all files will need supports but using them worked well for my machine (Dremel 3D20).
Many parts are thin-walled, especially the gun body. Supports and 100% infill used on those.
