Hello all,
This is my first big creation that I share here, I made them in Fusion 360 and Tinkercad
This is my biggest fidget spinner design. I make this to fit to the maximum size of my 3D printer. (200*200*230 printer)
I used a 6020 bearing, 4 M27 nuts and 8 M10 (2 per hole).
It's printed in ABS and acetone vapor smoothed, all fit tight and put in place with hammer
The entire thing weights 2kg, that's for why I make a handle to grab them easily (the handle is not centered because like this it's easier to put hand inside)
I hope you like them!
You have two solutions for print them :
1- Print them assembled like in the Tinkercad STL, and use support, all objects have 0.2 space
2- My prefered solution : Print all 3 parts one by one, like this you don't need any supports
I printed them in ABS with 40% infill, after that I used an acetone vapor bath for smooth all
