Setting temperature of nozzle and bed, makes me do modifications all the time. Cross all the menu with the traditional Knob was annoying. I decide to do something that just can turn and turn.
This is the last version of three attempts. Try it and Enjoy. I use now on my Ender3Pro and also PrusaI3MK3S.
There are two STL files 6mm Knurled Shaft and Half Shaft Shank.

Printed at 50mm/s Print Speed, consider slower speed for small parts. Consider just a feew lines of wall, I use 0.8, so that gives you between inner and out wall a total of 1.6mm. Four layers for Top and Buttom. Infill at 20% with ZigZag Pattern, Zig Zag infill, Grid Support 12% Density.
