I'm just a humble doodler that occasionally makes cool stuff, and makes other cool stuff look just a little bit better.
These Battletech models are based heavily on the Mechwarrior Online mechs. However, the vast majority of ripped files from MWO are not optimal for printing, and while many other modelers are content with stitching these files together to make something workable, I decided to take it a step further.
Instead of just giving you a re-hashed MWO file, I created an entirely new model that is optimized for printing at Battletech Scale. Parts are thicker, manifolds are closed, and there is only a single shell.
These mechs that I'm posting on Thingiverse have been tested thoroughly, but there may be some minor issues.

It was my 2nd 3D print after the benchie, even before calibrating the printer, I tried to do 1:100 scale so it's 60mm, also my first try at painting, it's very challenging! But I love the models, next it's the Atlas!
