Lich Berserker. A result in the Lich transformation going terribly wrong. During the transformation process a wizards personalities split while trying to become a more physically powerful version of a lich. In turn leaving only the Sorcerers darkest version of himself present. While all his other personalities split and remain trapped within the body of the Berserker.
