Barrel Pigtail: 5.5 x 2.1 Female
Filament I use for Lithophanes: https://amzn.to/2GIL8lo
M3 Hardware for top. I will be using M3 x 12
Barrel Version uses 5.5 x 2.1 mm Barrel.
Barrel tolerances are tight. I sanded the plastic on the barrel on all 6 sides and it stays in friction fit. Try it first though. I then add a dab of Hot Glue on inside just for little added security.

I use Paint.NET for editing photos.
Key is to have the photos as square as possible to achieve a 100x100 output. If using Paint.NET:
Click "Image" at the top
Click Canvas Size
Define your anchor. I usually use center (click on center square)
Uncheck Maintain Aspect Ratio
Match the Height with what is in the Width px count
If happy, save your photo then upload it on http://3dp.rocks/lithophane to create the model, then print!
