Welcome to Mexico City!
The Palacio de Bellas Artes (Palace of Fine Arts) is one of the most prominent cultural centers in Mexico City. It is located on the west side of the historic center of Mexico City.
It was completed in 1934. The exterior of the building is primarily Neoclassical and Art Nouveau and the interior is primarily Art Deco. The building is best known for its murals by Diego Rivera, Siqueiros and others, as well as the many exhibitions and theatrical performances its hosts (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palacio_de_Bellas_Artes).
I used Google Earth to get images of the back of the building, and high quality photos for the front and sides.
Then imported one of the front images into fusion 360, and built it up from there with sketches, extrusions, lofts, etc.

Dan10105 printed this slowly (35mm/s). Had some warping on the corners, but probably due to the filament.
