Here we have a variation on the existing Breezy Case, with hexagonal styling! And this is a Pi3B (and compatible boards) version! It's a case that secures a 30mm fan in place, is hinged, and uses all printed parts, no bolts required! Read more on the original writeup for the Pi4B version of the Breezy Case on Patreon here:

Note that this version doesn't allow specifically for a camera cable. If you need that, go with the original Breezy Case!
Designed for straightforward printing! No supports required. Take care with your bottom layer, though, since that'll be the outside of the case! And watch out for stringing or other print artifacts that might get in the way of the hinges moving nicely.
