I tried a lot of models found on the web and never got a really functional printable playmobil
I decided to make my own, here it is
I had to change some parts to print them in separate sub parts to make them strong and reliable.
Skeleton has a separate part really easy to plug in the main part
the Head is also in two parts I had to separate the neck to print it horizontally it's much stronger like that.
It's best to print the neck with another part because of the tiny last layers if there is some cooling time between layers the part is much cleaner.
At the end I separated also the shoes from the legs in order to print with another color.
hair is also two parts to avoid supports, You can find one with supports but the result is much better with the two parts one, they clip together.
Pay attention to the hands I printed them with a really dense support with Simplify3D at 0,1 mm layer height all the other parts don't need support and are printed at 0,2 mm
to get them fit in the arms you need to remove little spikes on the wrist, if it is too hard to get the hand fit in the arm you will break it (I broke one).
Also when assembling shoes and legs it's a bit hard to get it inside but the connection is strong and the shoes won't fall after a few movements, don't try to get the shoes off you will break them (broke one also).
I left the whole one with legs and shoes if you want the same color
That's it I hope some people will try to print this
Last note, all parts can be used with real Playmobil parts they fit together
