This model is the propeller for model of “Turboprop Engine, RGB separation type”.
A. The following explainable elements were incorporated.
(1) Blade with Cuff (x4)
(2) Pitch Change Method
Bevel Gear type, Changing by turning “Front Cone”
(3) Pitch Stop
There are 2 stops (Reverse and Feather).
(4) Pitch can be changed by turning of Front Cone.
B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 9 pages)
The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping, gluing and tightening)".
C. General Notes
1. No Metal Bearing is used.
2. Drill and Tap
My design hole diameter is considerably smaller than the finish hole diameter in order to ensure the wall thickness at the time of printing.
Drill : φ1.5, 2, 2.5, 6.2 Tap : M2, M3
For M1.4 Screw; No need “Tapping”. Drill with φ1.0 drill then direct screw-in.
