A. Typical Features of this model
① Pitch changeable by finger (Bevel Gear Type)
② Pitch stop “Feathering” and “Reverse”
③ 3 Blades and 4 Blades Type are prepared
④ CW and CCW Blades are prepared
⑤ No lug "Front Cone" prepared.
B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 9 pages)
The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping, gluing and tightening)".
Figures in this manual are for 3 Blades Propeller only.
Parts for 4 Blade Propeller are included in Parts List only. Refer to “Remarks”.
C. General Notes
1. No Metal Bearing is used.
2. Drill and Tap
My design hole diameter is considerably smaller than the finish hole diameter in order to ensure the wall thickness at the time of printing.
Drill : φ1.5, 2, 2.5, 3.2 Tap : M2
For M1.4 Screw; No need “Tapping”. Drill with φ1.0 drill then direct screw-in.
