Replaces a 75mm wheel on a stemless caster, for an older Steelcase Leap office chair.
No idea how this will hold up over time, or which models it's compatible with, sorry!
I increased several dimensions to reduce weak points, including the overall width of the wheel, so it will not match exactly (see picture).
I'd recommend printing only the center spindle of this to test the fit before printing the whole thing. I increased the center hole size to compensate for shrinking holes in my print, that a better calibrated printer might not need.
I printed this with the visible side up for appearance, and used supports around the outer ring underneath, letting the wider, flat portion bridge. Worked OK.
Used lots of extra plastic (PETG here), by printing at 50% gyroid infill, with 3mm worth of external perimeters and top/bottom layers.
I set the layer height settings in Slic3r to manually taper the layer height down to 0.04mm for the top layers.
Print took around 9 hours
