Description
This is a bumper I designed for a USB Seagate Expansion external drive. The design is remotely inspired by the famous LaCie USB hard disks with the orange bumper.
It is meant to be printed with flexible filament that can stretch in order to insert the drive inside the shell.
Printing Details
I printed mine at 0.2mm layer resolution, 20% infill, 2 outer shells and 4 top/bottom layers. Filament is blue FlexiSMART printed at 200°C on a cold bed.
