This is an enclosure box for the SoftRock RX Ensemble II HF Receiver SDR radio by Five Dash Inc.

This circuit board has many custom wound coils and transformers that could easily be broken off the board with repeated back and forth movement. This enclosure was designed primarily with the protection of those coils in mind.
Note: This enclosure is for the RX series of boards only. I built it using an HF Receiver but it looks like it probably would work with the LF Rx board as well. However I do not have an LF Rx board to verify.
Use M3 machine screws. The overhang from the counter sink on the screw holes can be a little bit messy right off the print bed. You may want to clear the screw hole on the lid with a small screw driver or de-buring tool depending on your results.
The images shown are printed with a Prusa i3 MK3S sliced with PrusaSlicer 2.1 using the 0.20mm Quality MK3 presets in Hatchbox PLA.
