Strong Belt Adjustable Tensioner Clip.
It is for 5mm spacing belt pitch teeth.
NOTE Thes are only if the Timing Belt teeth point into this grip.
The is a small gap underneath so that there will be less chance of bending as these are screwed down. (This gap is 3D Printed uppermost).
I suggest 50% infill and 0.1mm Layer height for strenth.
"Single Bolt Timing Belt Tensioner Easy More Adjust Stonger.stl" are for my Protomaker Black Sprint Original 3D Printer. (Single bolt).
They have grooves to allow for the thinkness of the timing belt.
The also have indents to allow for the timing belt teeth a 5mm pitch.
Only "Single Bolt Timing Belt Tensioner Easy More Adjust Stonger.stl" is a single bolt, the others are for two bolts
These are adustable:-
Have a slot for the bolts so that the Timing Belt Grip can be can be not too tightly fastened on and then moved to make the timing belt tighter, if needed, before final full tightening.
My timing belt have a 5mm pitch.
"Timing_Belt_Tensioner_Easy_More_Adjust_Stonger.stl" may need supports because there is a space for bolt heads. Longer bolts may be required.
The "no supports" version will not require supports but has no space for bolt heads. Longer bolts will be required because of this.
