A swiveling cable tie anchor to hold cables onto z-motor so that as extruder head moves, the anchor swivel turns with the moving cables.

PLA at 0.2mm layers with supports from 75deg onwards (internal supports will break by itself when twisting the swivel for the first time). 40% infill. M3x8 countersunk screw needed (or M3 x 10 capscrew)
