Description
This is a 50mm x 50mm x 50mm test cube to show varying amount of infill for TPU material. It showcases the rigidity and flexibility from greater infill to lesser infill as it gets to the top. This was a proof of concept for work, but it's a really helpful print for showing the capabilities of flexible materials.
Printing Details
For TPU printing make sure you have the following settings. I printed this object on an Artillery Sidewinder X1 and sliced the file in Simplify3D.
Resolution: 0.2mm
Infill: 15%
Speed: 25 mm/s
Retraction Distance: 1mm
Retraction Speed: 20 mm/s
Top/Bottom/Perimeters: 3/3/1
No temperature on the bed.
No supports are required.
