The 80s - HEINOUS fashion crimes and the Cold War, but the music made up for it. Yes they may have looked ridiculous in their spandex and poodle hair-dos (and I'm sure a lot of them look back and shudder in horror) but the musicianship and stage presence was worth it. When you talk about 80s rock, and especially if you're a guitarist, you sooner or later come back to Edward Van Halen - manic stage presence and his pioneering use of the two-handed tapping technique.
I've made a few music-related coasters and it's time that I got back to doing a few more. The first of these new ones is this Van Halen coaster, based on Eddie's red and white Frankenstrat (and someone tell him that it's a bugger to draw). More new ones to come soon! As always there's holes in the back for 3mm x 5mm neodymium magnets and it is available printed and assembled in my Etsy store - www.etsy.com/uk/shop/enterprisexddesign
