The left cover requires support structure as seen in the screenshot; i recommend using the tree structure.
You can either print, grind and coat the part or use the Fuzzy Skin Option with 0.15mm thickness and 0.25mm point distance as shown in the photograph of the two parts on the desk which is attached. The Fuzzy Skin Option results in a fine rough texture that has a nice feel to it and does not require much post processing.

standard PLA works just fine. Printing using SLS technologies obviously is the best ;)
