This design was a build on an earlier design 'The Crab Catcher'. It shows the same capabilities of 3D printing, to print complex forms and clean overhangs that do not require support material. Also the lamp can be orientated upside down to really showcase the shadows.
This product has been designed for an E27 lamp holder [40mm Diameter] if you can't find one of those let us know and we can supply you with an adapter plate/alter the design.
We have tested this product for over a year with a 15W light bulb and there has been no deformation of the PLA. If you use PLA we wouldn't recommend going much higher than this.
Printed with Black, bronze and silver PLA [Inofill]
To print this design we used an Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer with a 0.6 mm nozzle [You can also use a 0.4mm].

The model of Wireframe Desk Lamp looks great. It is printed with PETG at 0.15 quality with 0.6 nozzle using the following filaments: - Top - Prusament PETG Chalky Blue - Bottom - Prusament PETG Pistachio Green - Middle - Prusament PETG Neon Green.
