This object was made in Tinkercad. https://www.tinkercad.com/things/3Zc7IlXdvQc for the Tinkercad/MyMiniFactory Contest (Fidget Spinner Category).
The Illusion Spinner is a four sided fidget spinner with four different illusion wheel attachments.
1. Circles - Spin quickly and view under a fluorescent or LED light for best results. You should see rings of circles spinning in different directions!
2. Crater - Spin very slowly and squint your eyes to see what looks like a 3D spinning crater where the sides rise up and the center is at the bottom of a hole!
3. Spiral - Spin at a medium rate and stare at or near the center for about 20 seconds and then quickly look at another object to see it either grow or shrink! Reverse the spin direction for the opposite effect!
4. Benham - Spin at a high rate of speed and look at the different bands. Colors such as red, blue, and green, etc should appear! Spin the opposite direction for the color bands to reverse!
I used .3mm layer height and 30% infill with 2 layers at 45mm/s speed on my Prusa clone. Print in either white or black filament as described in each STL name. You can press-fit the white and black pieces together, but a drop of superglue would also help keep the white and black parts together when spinning.
