Description
The Spiral Money Box - based on a 400g Nutella Jar.
Printing Details
There are 2 parts, both print support free and work well at .3mm - so you can have your own copy in about 3 hours! The two sections print with the flat surfaces on the print bed and are joined with 1.75mm filament pegs. Using a dremel or saltering iron, heat the end of a piece of filament and then press it flat on a hard surface to form a sort of nail head. Pass three of them through both pieces (you might need to enlarge the holes slightly, depending on your print), then holding everything together hot weld the other ends of the pegs inside the lid.
