VOLTRON Defender of the Universe

After two months of work I finally made it to the point where I can upload a 3d-printable version of Voltron.

All parts have been printed in pla with 1.2mm wall thickness and 0.1mm layers and 20% infill. I highly recommend these settings as you will have to sand some parts in order to get perfect fittment.

You will find exploded views of the lions which should assist during assembly. Assemble the green lion according to the pictures of the red lion. Assemble the yellow lion according to the pictures of the blue lion.

I have also uploaded alot of reference pictures for you guys.

The tolerances of the joints and rods are very tight. You will have to sand them down to your desired level of friction.

This is a huge print with a ton of parts - as you know your printers best I let you orient the STL files according to your knowledge (but if you need any recommendation feel free to ask me - if you go trough my Instagram feed you will find alot of pictures with the parts on the print bed). I consumed two 750gr spools of filament to build Voltron.
