For this model I used 3 perimeters to ensure that the horns are stable enough. It is important to print really slow. The outer perimeter was printed with 20mm/s, the inner ones with 30mm/s. I used Cura as a slicer. I've printed two versions. One in the original size at 0.05mm layer height. The second oned was printed at 140% size (x= 78.40mm, y= 66.47mm, z= 61.32mm) with a layer height of 0.15mm and adaptive layer height settings with the ironing function enabled on all layers. I used 8 bottom and top layers. Supports starting at 45% and a brin as a bed adhesion. Z Hop enabled only over printed parts with 0.8mm
The smaller one was printed with extrudr. NX2 PLA anthrazit (0.18 Euro), the bigger one with Filamentive PLA silver (18gr. / 0.43 Euro)
This model could also be printed with a SLA/DLP resin printer at a smaller scale.
Both models were printed on a Blocks Zero from Blockstec
